Welcome to my house. Im Arq. Herimar Meneses and i going to tell you a description about my recent project, a house in Orange County.

This house, its very simple but beautiful. It have onlyone floor plant. The walkthrough start with the facade, all in brick blocks with a tile roof in color beig that combines very well with the style of the house.

As far as the ventilation, the house has great number of windows distributed in all the spaces, besides to be located in a very fresh place, point to favor. The main entrance is located after raising a few steps.

Once within the house, an ample by hand right space can be observed that corresponds to the diningroom and the livingroom (In the same one, one of the two chimneys is located that has the house) and to the left we found the door that takes to the kitchen. The walls of the dining room and the livingroom are in tonalities green and orange very well, combining with the furniture.

The kitchen is not of great size and something series, according to the tastes of the client for who he was designed. The house this painted in alive colors. It has several spaces for the rest, like a very relaxer library, a room with the second chimney and a back space with sauna.

The rooms are ample, the main one with an internal bathroom and for the visitors there is one outside the room, in addition to it there is a space destined to the physical training and counts on a machine to exercise.

In general this is a description about the resaltantes details but of the house.
