I finally put the idea of collaborating with True Sake to use and thanks to Derek agreeing to co-host, we were able to execute our October tasting. This turned into quite an ordeal and long planning (fixing date, soliciting True Sake, creating menu, trying to meet our headcount quota, etc) but in the end we pulled it off with feat. After seven sake samples and six different Japanese dishes, all the attendees gave thumbs up (phew) saying it was the best tasting event they had! I'm glad I tapped Derek for this since we are both perfectionists (just for parties in my case) and I am just happy this is over. Thanks everyone for coming and kudos to Miwa-san for making this happen!
