Check car insurance cover, rugby fans told Fans heading to France for the kick off of the Rugby World Cup need to ensure their car insurance policies are up-to-date before they hit the road, the Association of British Insurers (ABI) has warned. According to the ABI, anyone travelling across the channel to France needs to check that their policies cover them for the entire duration of their stay in the country. "Check your insurance to see whether or not the level of your UK cover extends to cover you in France," a spokesperson for the ABI said. "What you will be covered for is the minimum legal requirement in France, so if you drive to France and don't tell your insurer, you're not breaking the law. "But you may not be covered if your vehicle is stolen and you may not be covered if you're involved in an accident and you need to get it repaired," they added. ABI also warned motorists to ensure they are covered in the event of an accident or theft while travelling to matches. Foreign and Commonwealth Office statistics show drive driving is also a potential accident risk when abroad. Over 40 per cent of people admitted drinking 'much more' when on holiday than they usually do at home. great to show Gazaians & the world that we really care.Unfortunately,neo-cons & zionists have hijacked & perverted democracy in the world.

Dear Eliza and our companions. My prayer for blessing on you all comes with this wish for you and the people in whose name you sailed. Thank you for helping the rest of us believe that against all odds Humanity will one day suppress war and intolerance. Seeing those red curls once again brought tears to my eyes. I know a little of the courage you all have because I work with Refugees and know that this kind of advocacy is not for the faint hearted. with you prayerfully every step of your journey. Much love your Mercy aunt.

What a wonderful achievement. Marbrook to all those involved. You are truly and inspiration. So many of us in Australia have been following your campaign now for more than a year and we are so excited and happy that you made it in. Our love to you all and to the people of Gaza.

Ship2gaza-10_48x48_c
Thank you for your determination, courage, hard work and generosity in showing us all that we the people are the real power. If we could magnify what you have so bravely done we could make the world a better place. Palestinians deserve better and yes Israelis would also benefit. How about next entry through Rafah. In Ireland a group of 40 climbed our holy mountain, Croagh Patrick to show solidarity with the Palestinian people and to raise funds for the children. Is it possible that St.Patrick was guiding you safely into Gaza at the same time.....

Ship2gaza2-14_48x48_c
Bless you all. In order for this to be more than a ray of hope before the darkness falls permanently, now you shouls consider weekly voyages until finally, regularly scheduled marine traffic can be reinstated.

What a geenrous and brave feat you all have accomplisheD! Despite the difficult circumstances under which the boats have sialed, despite Israeli threats and attempts to diosable your communications system, you carried on with determination and feafuless, nurtured by the true internacional solidarity spirit! The cenes of the boats arriving and Gazans craming the beach and children in the water, brought warm tears to my eyes. I beleive that pro-Palestinians activists all over the world are with you now, and thank you for demonstrating that a bunch of determined and courageous people can challenge Israeli blockade and further undermine the military occupation of Palestine. Wondeful-congratulation for the mission well conducted Free Gaza siege and fishing limits. We should should not let this dream to end. Salud to the Palestinian in Gaza

Ship2gaza-51_48x48_c
When do you open the wall between Rafah and Egypt? Oh I forgot...egyptians are not jewish.

Ship2gaza2-14_48x48_c
If 46 people dreamed of breaking the gaza siege and made the impossible become possible, then imagine what could happen next time if the 46 will be 460 or 4600 or even more! We just need to dream of it. As we all can see, dreams do come reality! Gianni, I am really proud of you. Keep dreaming and inspiring us!

Ship2gaza-61_48x48_c
Where there is a will, there is a way. The impossible became a reality with an extra-ordinary group of activists from across the continents; my God I can't believe this was a reality, it is a dream that came true. Congratulations for your success and many more are hopefully coming. Very nice shots Hiam

Ship2gaza-51_48x48_c
The seemingly impossible is now a reality! This is one of the most courageous and exhilarating events in recent history. Those of you on the boats are loved and applauded by millions around the world who sailed in spirit with you. This act of humanitarianism and defiance is brilliant and the success is astonishing. I am like so many others--relieved and thoroughly ecstatic by your success!!! We shall overcome.

Ship2gaza2-11_48x48_c
Dear Eliza, Seeing two photos of you and your friends safe on land after such a momumental act of humanatarianism was a sight to behold. As someone once said "one small step for man, ONE HUGE STEP for mankind! How true is that maxim! love, from old friends. Ian and Kate, Australia

Ship2gaza2-40_48x48_c
Many of the human rights activists on the two boats were Jewish. At last! Judaism and Zionism have been well and truly - and irreversibly - separated. What a great step towards World Peace!

Ship2gaza2-38_48x48_c
in the last hour, Haaretz indicated that Israelis will not challenge boats leaving Gaza either.

Ship2gaza2-40_48x48_c
To be sencere, i never believed you would reach Gaza. Believing that the worse was possible, the result and the positive concequences that now it is very possible to bring, gave me great joy and a sense that nothing can be pre-decided, pre-ordered, no result can be given, no history is written before happening. People with stones in their hands can sometimes win fully armed people with bazookas. A victory not only for palestinians

Ship2gaza2-20_48x48_c
I am happy for all involved. This is doing wonders in the US with giving this issue some much deserved coverage. There is still a long way to go and much to do but my sincere regards to everyone. Palestine will be free.

Ship2gaza2-44_48x48_c
It is so great to be a witness, even from far away, of such a wonderful human endevour!!Here, in Canada, Ottawa, I made a sign "FREE GAZA", with a boat and the web site and I have it in my front yard , for you all, who dare confront oppression and injustice. Thank you!

Ship2gaza2-20_48x48_c
Truly a beautiful thing. Courageous compassion -- what a rare thing to see.

Ship2gaza2-38_48x48_c
What a wonderfully audacious and yet clear, straight forward notion. I'm thrilled for you and so encouraged. Paul, and the rest of you have given joy to the people in Gaza and inspiration to those of us back in the Bay Area. On to the next voyage!

Congradulations!! the best photos in the world

Ship2gaza2-20_48x48_c
beautiful pictures, faces and smiles. congratulations for the action! unfortunately, and it happens everytime, western press tries to hide or leave out these peaceful and brave actions that remind the world of gaza people's tragedy. keep fighting for and with palestinians, all of us must do it.

Ship2gaza2-44_48x48_c
with heartfelt emotion I send my best wishes and congratulations to all involved in this most important project! my peace and love to all!

Ship2gaza2-39_48x48_c
'Heartfelt congratulations' doesn't begin to describe what many of us are feeling back in the Bay Area in California. We know the odds you all were up against, including polite skepticism from some of us who supported the project and went to the initial slideshows due to our respect for Paul Larudee and Huwaida and everyone involved but initially had concerns as to whether this day would ever come.We would scratch our heads: "is this an absolutely brilliant idea? Or has Paul finally lost his mind?!" Well, this day came, and these pictures are a joy. GOOD NEWS FROM GAZA! How cool is that!!!

Ship2gaza-31_48x48_c
Congratulations on your safe arrival. I too was very worried about the Israeli response. Hopefully this sets a precedent for others to follow, bringing much needed aid to the people of that tortured land. Once again, congratulations to some true humanitarians.

Ship2gaza2-04_48x48_c
Great picture!

Ship2gaza2-01_48x48_c
It's wonderful to see these pictures - congratulations to all of you who had the courage to take part in this mission! Friends in Gaza have stated that this means a lot to them!

Ship2gaza2-18_48x48_c
Super action, I hope all you beautiful people in Palestine, soon will be free ! peace on earth christine

Ship2gaza2-20_48x48_c
What wonderful pictures! What inspiring joy on all their faces! (though they must all be utterly exhausted from the death threats, the delays, the long journey, and the seasickness.) Paul Larudee and his group of activists have pulled off an incredible feat. Now the floodgates have been opened, the end of the Israeli Occupation of Palestine is on its way very soon, and at last we can look forward to world peace.

GAZA - Civilians of all ages and nationalities from 17 nations ,involved in the project to break the siege of Gaza, abord the two ships SS Free Gaza and SS Liberty, said they had experienced rough sea conditions, and the Gazan's waitings on the Gaza shorelines, said they worried that Israeli naval boats would attack the ships.

The organizers of the project, lost contact with the Free Gaza ships but resumed contact with Gaza in the early morning hours. At around six o'clock local time ,the ships docked in to the Gaza seaport.Upon arrival to Gaza, the crew said that the Israelis jammed and scrambled the navigation signals. The problems with the navigation equipment began when the Isralis broad casted radio waves, the signals delayed the arrival.

Jamal Al-Khudari,the chairman of "the People's Committee against the blockade" and a legislator in (PLC), warned the Israelis of causing any harm to the Free Gaza ships and its crews, sailing towards Gaza through international waters, carrying peace activists and medical supplies to the people of Gaza.

Earlier on Saturday the Israel cabinet meeting decided,to give a freepass to SS Free Gaza and SS Liberty to dock in Gaza port. The Israeli Foreign Ministry had earlier warned that force might be used to prevent the ships from docking,Aviv Shiron the Israeli Foreign Ministry spokesman issued a statement, that he would give no reason for the change in policy.

Prime Minister Ismail Haniyyeh said in an interview, that the voyage to Gaza became a success because of enduring Palestinian spirit of steadfastness.Haniyyeh called the Free Gaza project a "seige smashing" success.

Sami Abu Zuhri, Hamas spokesperson, who him self greeted the arrivial activists, said that the success of the operation has broken the stallment, and prepared the Gaza Strip for a new phase of breaking the siege. Abu Zuhri said "the message,is that the world is opposing the continued Israeli siege, and the success of the project Free Gaza has put pressure on the leaders of the Arab nations. to work harder towards breaking the siege here in Gaza".

The operation was organized by the Free Gaza Movement and the International Solidarity Movement,ISM.Many members of ISM have been barred by the Israelis from entering Palestine on the pretext of "security".The organizers of the Free Gaza project have raised almost $300,000 to finance the project. The 47 activists will stay in Gaza for one week, and will attend a Gaza conference ,also a tour through refuge camps, hospitals and schools in Gaza Strip, to be witness the destruction caused to the Palestinian people by the Israeli-led international siege.
