Most of the pictures came out very nicely without a flash. The problem is when people move. Your lens is just not fast enough and they blur. On the other hand, using a flash creates a harsh sort of light. I had hoped to solve the problem when I bought Canons 28-135 mm zoom lens with image stabilization but I still get a blur when people move fast enough. I am considering buying a fast F1.4 lens

A grand weekend that began with a broken mandolin. Seeking repairs, I was gifted with a new one. We ate at a Japanese steak house, I sang a lot, free-associated with friends and writers, and wrote a chapter of my novel, "Torussenji's Priest".
