You are right, of course. I did take this picture in Victoria; I don't know how Vancouver got there.

Nice photo - just one problem. The BC Parliament buildings are in Victoria, not Vancouver :). However, I'm pretty sure most islanders (such as myself) would WISH they were in Vancouver.
