In a new sketch draw a 20mm x 20mm square, use the grid to help you.

Finish the sketch then use the rotate tool to get a good view.

Click the Sketch button then hover over select the face outlined in red

Click on the face to make a new sketch

Again use the Rectangle tool

Extrude to 10mm.

Another new sketch on the same face...

This time extrude to 8mm

Use the Rotate tool to view your handiwork!

Try using other tools like Fillet
