This is the Final Project, is a small sample of design images of the a point element realized for course of Basic Design of the Architecture Department of the Simon Bolivar University. The design consist in creation the at least of five spaces which one must be double height, one must be triple height and one communicaty with the outside in a cube of 12x12x12. For the design take into account the context because is located in a great seat, and play with other two elements, one vertical and another horizontal, as well as an ample gallery and another horizontal building. Towards the North and the West it has the sea and in the other two facades it shares the space of the seat with the mentioned buildings. The route is simple. The Superior floor have an excellent mezzanina with view to the sea. For this project not was necessary the analysis of structure nor construction materials, nevertheless, the structure can be compound of lifting walls of concrete armed.
